About this website

This site is a visual and verbal diary of my world. My world is filled with bikes, family and images. I like bikes and I like cameras. I like the way they go together. Joy for me comes when I can capture an image that shows the true feeling of riding. Images here are often experiments and explorations of color, tone and texture. All images property of Gnat Productions. All rights reserved. If you wish to post an image found here on your blog or website, please give full credit to Gnat and please link to www.gnatlikes.com. It's about time - part two

First off, thanks to each of you that commented or sent me notes after yesterday's post. I feel so fortunate and thankful for all the kind words and encouragement. Words cannot describe the gratitude I have for my friends, family and support structure. It is amazing. Thank you.

Also, at last minute, I decided to get down to Northfield again for the Not So Fat Fat Tuesday ride with Milltown Cycles and friends. I got home late last night so I did not have a chance to write or process all the images. I must say though that a few of them could be cover shots or advertising shots for some certain company.  Look for words and at least a story or two to come from it. It was just what I needed. Until then, here is one more shot from my rejected file.

Truthfully I am just amazed that I got two great rides in this week already and one with some great guys. Based on the last few months for me, that is a gift.  It's about time I get back on my riding routine.

Beth, thank you. I just checked out your site and bookmarked it. You are a talented photographer. Great to see dirty bikes too! Sincerely, thank you.

Gnat, Once again a set of photos one would give up a body portion to say they had produced them. Envy of Ben's Tuesday rides have pushed me closer to putting together a gravel bike. Anxiously awaiting the evening I can join in the festivities.
